A teenage girl who sang along to the radio, dreamed of being on the radio...and she did! 

 

Val St. John traded the Florida beaches for mountain life a handful of years ago and hasn’t looked back since!

 

Val’s resume includes Classic Rock, R&B and Country formats and 30+ years later she’s still lovin’ radio life. Fortunate to have met many, including: The Moody Blues, ZZ Top, and Peter Frampton.

 

Something most wouldn't guess about Val is she is a sports nut and has an extensive sports memorabilia collection.

 

Val was married on the beach to Mike (a surprise ceremony to their families a week before Christmas in 2004), and is a proud “other mother” to daughters Jessie and Lauren.

 

And Val and her hubs share a love of fly fishing!  They’ve fished Colorado, Wyoming, Montana and of course, Tennessee!
